WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We deliver to most global destinations, bringing the city’s edge to your doorstep. Please note, shipments to some remote areas within Asia and other select regions may be excluded.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our crew needs 1-2 business days to process and prepare your shipment for its journey.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
Choose the speed that matches your tempo:
- Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx): $12.95. Your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after it leaves our hub. Tracked and efficient.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over $50. Delivery is estimated within 15-25 business days after dispatch. Perfect for the patient curator.
All delivery estimates are business days and begin after the order processing period. Customs delays are beyond our control but are rare.

THE 6PM RETURN POLICY
Some moments are limited. Others get a second chance.
We design for permanence, but understand if a piece doesn’t resonate. Our return window is 15 days from the date you receive your item. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
What Can Be Returned?
Most items are eligible, including:
- Full COLLECTIONS & ARCHIVE pieces.
- HOODIES & CREWNECKS from drops like A/W24 DROP or A/W22 COZY DROP.
- ACCESSORIES (unless specified as final sale, and only if unopened).
- Collaborative capsules: 6PM X VERTABRAE, 6PM X TRUE RELIGION, 6PM X SLAWN, 6PM X YUNG HURN.
FINAL SALE / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
To protect the exclusivity of our most coveted drops, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- BLACK WEEK 24 promotional items.
- Any item marked as “Final Sale,” “Archive Collectible,” or “Limited Release” at purchase.
- 6PM+ membership-exclusive items (where applicable).
- Opened or used ACCESSORIES (e.g., if packaging is broken).
This aligns with our brand ethos—like a rare record from 6PM RECORDS, some drops are meant to be definitive.
STEP-BY-STEP RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS
1. INITIATE YOUR REQUEST
Within 15 days of delivery, email our crew at [email protected] with the subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
Include in the email:
- Full Name
- Order Number & Date
- Item(s) to Return/Exchange (Product Name, Size, Color)
- Reason for Return/Exchange
- Preferred Action: Refund / Exchange (if exchange, specify desired size/item)
2. RECEIVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and precise shipping instructions. Do not ship your return without an RA number—unauthorized returns may not be processed.
3. PACK & SHIP YOUR RETURN
Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to our NYC hub:

Important: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We strongly recommend using a trackable service (DHL, FedEx, EMS) and keeping your proof of shipment.
4. PROCESSING & INSPECTION
Once received, our crew will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once the inspection is complete.
REFUNDS, CREDITS & EXCHANGES
Refunds
Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds appear within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank’s policy.
- PayPal: Refunds are typically reflected within 24-48 hours.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For approved exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received and verified. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference.
International Returns
As a global brand, we accept returns from most regions. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase.
