Our products, from limited-edition collaborative capsules (like 6PM X VERTABRAE or 6PM X YUNG HURN) to core collections (HOODIES, CREWNECKS, A/W DROPS), are designed to define your moment. Our operational ethos—speed, exclusivity, and seamless global connection—shapes these policies.

3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES DESCRIPTION

3.1 Product Offerings

We offer apparel and accessories including but not limited to: COLLECTIONS, ARCHIVE pieces, HOODIES, CREWNECKS, ACCESSORIES, and exclusive collaborative drops. Product images are for representative purposes; actual colors and details may vary slightly.

3.2 Availability & Exclusivity

Many items, especially from 6PM RECORDS collaborations, BLACK WEEK 24, or marked as “Archive Collectible” / “Limited Release,” are produced in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed.

3.3 Final Sale Items

To protect the exclusivity of our most coveted drops, the following are FINAL SALE and NON-RETURNABLE:

• BLACK WEEK 24 promotional items.
• Any item marked as “Final Sale,” “Archive Collectible,” or “Limited Release” at purchase.
• 6PM+ membership-exclusive items (where applicable).
• Opened or used ACCESSORIES.

4. ORDER & PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your payment card will be charged at the time of order placement.

4.3 Shipping & Delivery

Service Area: We ship worldwide but exclude some remote areas within Asia and other select regions.

Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx): $12.95. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping (EMS): Available on orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

All delivery estimates are business days and exclude processing time. Customs delays are beyond our control.

5. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We design for permanence but offer a second chance if a piece doesn’t resonate.

5.1 Eligibility & Window

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

5.2 Process

1. Initiate Request: Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order details.
2. Authorization: Wait for our Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Do not ship without it.
3. Ship Return: Ship to: 6PM Store Returns, 260 Terry Lane, New York, NY 10001, USA. Clearly mark the RA number. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the error is ours.
4. Inspection & Resolution: We inspect within 3-5 business days of receipt and will notify you of the outcome.

5.3 Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Processing times: Credit/Debit: 5-10 business days; PayPal: 24-48 hours.

Exchanges: Subject to approval and stock availability. You will be invoiced for any price difference.

International Returns: Accepted from most regions. You are responsible for any customs duties and return shipping costs. Refunds are in the original currency of purchase.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site—including logos, graphics, designs, text, “6PM,” “6PM STORE,” “#WEARTHECITY,” “#OWNTHEMOMENT,” and all collaborative branding (e.g., 6PM X TRUE RELIGION)—is the exclusive property of 6PM Store or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 6PM Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, NY.
